Welcome to Life By Seasons, a seasonal wellness space! Located within Natural Health Improvement Center of the Quad Cities in Bettendorf, Iowa, LbS focuses on customized therapeutic work to improve physical, mental, social, spiritual, and behavioral wellbeing in every season of life.

Kristen and James use their backgrounds in mental health, natural health, behavioral health, and positive psychology to provide a unique experience for each client as they work together to release tension in the nervous system and improve emotional and physical function. Kristen specializes in craniosacral therapy, myofacial release, lymphatic drainage, and slow-flow therapeutic massage, and James specializes in life coaching, reflexology, Reiki, and guided meditation.

 

Rescheduling and Cancellations

We respect your time and expect the same from you. We are excited to work with you, appreciate you choosing us, and hold ourselves to the time commitments we make together. To continue to serve you to the best of our abilities, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointments. With this notice, we know you value the work we do together, and we are able to offer your appointment time to another client who is eagerly waiting to see us. 

In the case of cancelling/rescheduling without at least 24 hours' notice, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the cost of your service.

In the case of missing your appointment without contacting us, you will receive an invoice for 100% of the cost of your service, due before you are able to schedule another session with James or Kristen.
