Reflexology is a touch-based therapy (like massage) that works with the feet and/or hands to promote relaxation, blood flow, and nervous system balancing. James specializes in many forms of reflexology that can help with Plantar Fasciitis, Neuropathy, Insomnia, Vertigo, Headaches, Depression/Anxiety, and many more conditions. In working with systems such as lymph, nerves, and fascia, James's primary goal is to help the body relax into a parasympathetic state where the body heals it self best, and remind the body where to send resources through stimulation of specific reflex points. The body is not one organ out of balance, it is a whole organism that can be balanced with simple techniques. Schedule today to experience your first reflexology session.

Health and Wellness Coaching w/ James

Reiki (Ray-Kee) is a modality working with the energetic body to retune and balance systems that stressors have shaken up. James is a Reiki Master/Teacher since 2022 but has been practicing well before that. His approach is more about letting your body tell it's story, and retuning it's energetic liveliness to its genuine state of being. You are a human with life experience that your body has had many experiences to cope to. There's nothing wrong, there's nothing that needs to be cured, and you don't need to be fixed. James works with chakras and meridians to bring out your genuine state of vitality and true life force to help you be all you want to be.
