Gift Certificate Pick-Up

Has your nervous system been on edge lately? Maybe you can't get your mind to stop spinning or your noticing that stress or lack of sleep are catching up to you and affecting your quality of life.

This massage session is specifically curated to help soothe the worried mind and help you leave stress, anxiety, and poor sleep behind. 

Gentle to firm pressure, depending on the individual needs of your nervous system. This massage session may include myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, reiki, and other nervous system balancing techniques, along with traditional massage.

Massage for Anxiety, Insomnia, and Stress Relief

Have you been struggling with headaches, migraines, or chronic neck stiffness for longer than you care to? In her teenage years, Kristen experienced headaches almost daily, leading her to learn natural ways to care for her mind and body. 

In this upper body-focused session, Kristen uses a combination of slow, detailed massage and craniosacral therapy techniques to release tension in the face, skull, neck, jaw, chest, arms, hands, and shoulders. This session may also include conversations on headache logs, food diaries, additional self-care, or journaling, depending on the needs of the client.

Massage for Headache and Migraine Relief

Massage is just as important during pregnancy as in any other season of life! This prenatal massage session is done primarily side-lying with supportive pillows and cozy blankets for mom's comfort. Extra attention given to the hips, low back, and shoulders in this massage, but session focuses are entirely customizable to fit your changing needs. 

Please bring volleyball shorts or other comfortable cotton shorts for this session.

Prenatal Massage

Assists in improving mind-body connection, easing tension in muscles, joints, and nervous system. Session may include some light stretching.

 Light to Medium-Firm Touch. Please discuss at time of session.

Therapeutic Massage, Myofascial-inspired

Intended for those interested in trauma-informed therapeutic bodywork and general wellness.

Assists with decrease in inflammation, insomnia, anxiety, and mental overactivity. Good for those who are looking to relax and/or create a wellness practice that helps them stay more connected to the wisdom of their Body. Light touch.

NOT a medical-focused lymphatic session for fluid buildup, lymphedema, or lipedema. For work on these issues, ask about a "Lymphatic Drainage for Swelling and Edema" session.

Lymph Drainage & Acupressure for Wellness

Sip & Relax provides the opportunity to have a pop-up chair massage event at your coffee house, teahouse, or other cozy community-focused business space. The intention of this service is to thank local businesses that provide nourishment with a mind for quality ingredients; foster inspiring conversations; and promote a genuine feeling of connectedness in our community, as well as to encourage them and their patrons to step further into self-care and wellness via massage therapy. 

Each 3-hour pop-up event offers the space to receive 15-minute mini-sessions of Kristen's style of massage therapy. Specializing in myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, and lymphatic drainage, Kristen enjoys bringing balance back to the body and mind through a layered and intentional approach.

Sip & Relax Pop-Up Chair Massage Events are free to the host space, the host, and the employees that are working the day of the event. All patrons and customers of the space will be able to receive a 15-minute session at the rate of $1 per minute.
