Have you been struggling with headaches, migraines, or chronic neck stiffness for longer than you care to? In her teenage years, Kristen experienced headaches almost daily, leading her to learn natural ways to care for her mind and body. 

In this upper body-focused session, Kristen uses a combination of slow, detailed massage and craniosacral therapy techniques to release tension in the face, skull, neck, jaw, chest, arms, hands, and shoulders. This session may also include conversations on headache logs, food diaries, additional self-care, or journaling, depending on the needs of the client.

Myofascial Release

Enjoy some time reconnecting to yourself, your breath, and your softer moments with some therapeutic massage. Includes deeply nourishing oils for the skin, a warm towel, complimentary bag of tea, and gentle music or music of your choosing. 

Please let your therapist know if you prefer talking or peaceful silence for your session.

1 hour Massage: $90

1.5 hour Massage: $120

2 hour Massage: $200

3 hour Massage, with 
30min nap after Session : $450

Customized Therapeutic Massage

Connect with your inner knowing, return to a regulated state, and put yourself at ease with a Reiki Massage. Interwoven with reverence and respect for a nourished soul and a quiet mind, this session combines the intuitive guidance of Energy Work and Tarot Reading with the rejuvenation of well-intentioned Therapeutic Massage. These sessions are typically quieter and more introspective in nature, and clients are invited to rest deeply during the massage session. Falling asleep is common. 

Session includes a Tarot or Oracle card reading before the massage, essential oil of choice, nourishing oils for the skin, a warm towel, complimentary tea, and gentle music or music of your choosing.

Reach out to Kristen at (563) 258-3162 to book her for your event today. Available within 30 miles of Bettendorf, IA. Requests outside of this radius will be subject to additional travel charge.

Chair massage sessions include 4 hours of hands-on time plus one scheduled 30-minute break. Please have a sign-up sheet of participants prepared for the therapist with a minimum of three hours of hands-on time accounted for. 

Both flat fee and per-session payment options are available for this service. Please confirm with Kristen which option you are interested in at the time of booking.

Flat Fee: Paid by the event organizer so that massage participants can focus on receiving massage. Allows for more flexible massage times, from 5 minutes to 30 minutes per person, depending on what event organizer decides. Cash and check are acceptable payments for this option. 
~4 hours total hands-on: $375

Pay-Per-Session: Paid by each client as they receive a massage session. Limited to 15- and 30-minute sessions per person for easier tracking for the therapist. Please make sure massage participants are prepared for cash payments.
